Investment Approach

We invest in established businesses with successful track records and clear potential for further growth.  Enterprise values range between $5 million and $25 million.

Typically, we consider acquiring companies that manufacture highly-engineered, non-commodity products across a broad range of industries.  We will also consider niche service and distribution businesses that meet both our qualitative and quantitative investment criteria.

Investment Criteria

When considering an acquisition, our valuation process consists of two components: a quantitative evaluation that analyzes both current and historical performance and a qualitative evaluation that examines the company as well as the industry in which it operates.
